Step-by-Step Tutorials

Set Up a Gig

  1. 1Open your Provider Dashboard and create your profile.
  2. 2Choose your category, town and suburb so locals can find you.
  3. 3Add a bio, years of experience, and a profile picture.
  4. 4Attach a valid identity document — this is required for verification.
  5. 5Submit for review. Your document stays private while our team verifies you.

Post a Service Request

  1. 1Go to the Opportunities page and tap 'Post a Request'.
  2. 2Enter a clear title, select a category, and set your budget.
  3. 3Add a description with all the details providers need.
  4. 4Optionally upload an image and set a needed-by date.
  5. 5Submit — your request is now live for providers to bid on.

Place a Bid on a Job

  1. 1Browse open service requests on the Opportunities page.
  2. 2Open the request to read the full description.
  3. 3Tap 'Place Bid' and enter your proposed amount.
  4. 4Write a message explaining why you're the right fit.
  5. 5The seeker will review bids and award the job when ready.

Manage Your Profile

  1. 1Open your Profile from the account menu.
  2. 2Update your display name and profile picture.
  3. 3Adjust your notification preferences in Account Settings.
  4. 4Control who sees your email and phone in Privacy Settings.
  5. 5If you're a provider, keep your category, suburb, and bio up to date.

List an Item on the Market

  1. 1Go to the Market page and tap 'List Item'.
  2. 2Enter a title, price, and category for your item.
  3. 3Upload clear photos and add a description.
  4. 4Attach proof of ownership — a receipt, invoice, or photo of the item.
  5. 5Your listing goes to pending review and goes live once approved.

Post a Business Deal

  1. 1On the Opportunities page, switch to Business Deals and tap 'Post a Deal'.
  2. 2Choose the investment type: Partnership, For Sale, or Equity Investment.
  3. 3Enter the investment amount and equity percentage if applicable.
  4. 4Add contact details and supporting documents.
  5. 5Investors can then send inquiries directly to you.

Submit an Advertisement

  1. 1Open the Submit Ad page from your account menu.
  2. 2Enter your business name and a catchy ad title.
  3. 3Upload an image and add a description.
  4. 4Choose the target suburb and town for your ad.
  5. 5Your ad will appear in the market ad strip once approved.
